Lady at the office quickly took my info and had an appointment set in 3 min The technician called me w/in 30 min before to arrive. Sam was organized, polite & efficient. Excellent service and caring owners and technicians! Repaired ice maker on bottom of Samsung Fridge that was in pieces, he put it back together, everything out of bottom drawer of freezer, a messy job. Sam arrived and was very kind, understanding and knew exactly what to repair. Very knowledgeable, did not try to sell us parts. He came a long distance, on a rainy dark evening, and the same day we called them! Appears to be a great company, with above and beyond service. And not many repair these difficult Samsung refrigerators Amazing! Would not hesitate to contact again!

I had Seattle fridge repair fix my refrigerator today and I could not be happier with the entire experience! The technician Sam called me 15 minutes prior to coming, he was very nice and polite, fast and professional. He diagnosed the problem and fixed it right away. Great service!! I had my Sub Zero freezer go kaput (user error leaving door ajar) but it was labor day weekend. I did a quick spin thru Yelp and called 4-5 places. Seattle Fridge not only called back they offered to come out the next day. He fixed replaced the freezer fan and all is good. I'm not positive they are the cheapest but at the same time if you are a pro you know what you are worth. His repair was on time, he was clean and left no mess so I'd def go with them again.

Excellent quality of work, communication, flexibility in scheduling, and timeliness. The specific issues were explained in detail before any repairs were made, and the breakdown of costs was clearly communicated. The first repair did not fully resolve our issue, and though the technician was apologetic based on what I've seen in researching similar issues with Samsung refrigerators I do not believe this was through any fault of their own. We were told what the cost to fully resolve the issue would be, and advised that given the total costs it likely made more financial sense to manually defrost the refrigerator until we were ready to replace it. We were not charged for this follow up visit, despite the technician being here until nearly 8:00 PM and spending over an hour defrosting the coils. Very highly recommended.

Just found out our fridge broke and a bunch of our new groceries just went bad. We were in need of a repair ASAP and Sam with Seattle Fridge Repair was there in no time! They were easy to deal with over the phone, very responsive, and were able to fit us in the same day we called. They kept in touch with us every step of the way, through text, calls, and emails; I always felt in the loop. Sam came by and was very kind and courteous, as well as efficient, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. Although we ended up not having our fridge fixed because we needed a new one anyway; we would definitely use and recommend this company for repairs.
